What this bill does

This bill prohibits the installation, when replacing or balancing a tire on a
motor vehicle, of a wheel weight or other wheel balancing product that contains lead,
if the lead was intentionally added during the manufacture of the weight or other
product. The bill also prohibits the sale or distribution of such a weight or other
product.
