What this bill does

Plain-language analysis by the nonpartisan Legislative Reference Bureau

Current law, with limited exceptions, prohibits a person who is issued a deer

hunting license that authorizes hunting deer with a bow and arrow during the open

deer bow hunting season from using the license until three days after it is issued.

This bill repeals this prohibition.
