What this bill does

Plain-language analysis by the nonpartisan Legislative Reference Bureau

This bill authorizes a member of a group of persons who are fishing in the same

boat for the same species of fish to catch a fish of that species for another member

of the group if the person for whom the fish is caught has not reached the applicable

bag limit for the species. Each member of the group must hold a fishing license and

any stamps necessary to catch that species of fish.
