This bill amends the 2009-11 Authorized State Building Program to add three projects for the University of Wisconsin System at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. The projects consist of construction of a Freshwater Sciences Initiative research building and purchase of a replacement for the Neeskay research vessel at a combined cost of $70,000,000 ($50,000,000 in existing general fund supported borrowing authority and $20,000,000 in gifts, grants, and other receipts), construction of a Kenwood Integrated Research complex at a cost of $75,000,000 ($73,400,000 in existing general fund supported borrowing authority and $1,600,000 in gifts, grants, and other receipts), and the acquisition and redevelopment of Columbia St. Mary's Columbia campus medical facilities at a cost of $31,000,000 ($30,000,000 in existing program revenue supported borrowing authority and $1,000,000 in building trust funds).
