What this bill does

Current law requires that a seller of a condominium unit make certain

disclosures to the purchaser before the sale closing by furnishing copies of certain

documents. This bill specifically authorizes these disclosures to be made

electronically if done in accordance with any requirements under law, including the

federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act.
