Currently under the Workforce Advancement Training Program, the Technical College System Board (TCSB) may award a grant to a technical college district board to provide skills training or other education to a business if the business is located in this state and has no more than 100 employees or had no more than $10,000,000 in gross annual income in its most recent fiscal year.

This bill expands the program to businesses with no more than 250 employees.
