Under rules promulgated by the Department of Natural Resources (DNR), a
person may not possess or consume alcohol beverages on a golf course or clubhouse
in Peninsula State Park. This bill requires DNR to allow a person with whom it
contracts for the operation of a golf course or clubhouse in Peninsula State Park to
sell alcohol beverages on the golf course or at the clubhouse and to allow others to
possess and consume those alcohol beverages on the golf course or at the clubhouse.
