What this bill does

Beginning in the 2014-15 academic year, this bill directs the University of

Wisconsin System Board of Regents to ensure that resident students enrolled in a

two-year college campus attend free of tuition and fees.

Similarly, the bill directs the Wisconsin Technical College System Board to

ensure that, beginning in the 2014-15 academic year, resident students enrolled in

a technical college attend free of tuition and fees.
