This bill provides immunity from civil liability to private campgrounds, to owners and operators of private campgrounds, and to their employees and agents.

Under the bill, a private campground, an owner or operator of a private campground, and the employees and agents of that private campground or private campground owner or operator are immune from civil liability for property damage or for the death of or injury to an individual that is caused by or occurred during use of the campground, unless the property damage, death, or injury is caused by a willful or wanton act or omission of the owner or operator of the campground or of an employee or agent of the campground or campground owner or operator.
