This bill authorizes the city of Mauston to erect and maintain within the
right-of-way of any highway within the boundaries of the municipality signs
welcoming motorists to the municipality and providing information about services
and organizations available in the municipality. Such signs may not be erected
within the right-of-way of an interstate highway.
