What this bill does

This bill requires the Department of Workforce Development to 1) prepare a
packet of information describing the employment and training opportunities that
are available to former students of the universities and two-year college campuses
within the University of Wisconsin System who have not graduated from a university
or college campus within the UW System and 2) within two months after the
beginning of each semester or session of the UW System, send a copy of the packet
to each individual who was enrolled in a university or college campus within the UW
System in the preceding semester, but who is not enrolled in, and who has not
graduated from, any university or college campus within the UW System.
