What this bill does

This bill exempts the naturally shed feathers of a grouse, partridge, pheasant,

quail, or wild turkey and the feathers of a lawfully taken grouse, partridge, pheasant,

quail, or wild turkey from the current prohibition on the sale, purchase, barter, or

trade, the offer to sell, purchase, barter, or trade, and the possession or control for

the purpose of selling, bartering, or trading any wild animal.
