What this bill does

This bill requires the Department of Health Services to distribute $100,000 in
grant moneys each fiscal year to the Wisconsin Hospital Association Foundation
Quality Improvement Fund to 1) increase participation by rural hospitals in quality
improvement activities by the association; or 2) broaden the scope of quality
improvement activities provided by the association. The bill also requires the
association to submit an annual report regarding the outcomes resulting from
activities funded by the grant program.
