What this bill does
Plain-language analysis by the nonpartisan Legislative Reference Bureau
This bill provides that, if a requirement of the one-family and two-family
dwelling code applies to a manufactured home or an attachment to a manufactured
home, the manufactured home owner must comply with that requirement. If the
manufactured home is located in a manufactured home community, the operator of
the manufactured home community is not responsible for that compliance.
