What this bill does

This bill reduces from $21.25 to $14.25 the fee imposed for a resident deer

hunting license, archer hunting license, or crossbow hunting license issued to a

veteran who is 70 years of age or older.

This bill also prohibits a fee from being charged to a veteran who is 70 years of

age or older when issued a resident archer hunting license if the person holds a

resident crossbow hunting license, or when issued a resident crossbow hunting

license if the person holds a resident archer hunting license. Under current law, this

fee is $2.25.
