This bill amends the 2019-21 Authorized State Building Program to add a grant to the Wisconsin Veterans Village Association, Inc., to assist in the construction and renovation of a veterans village in Outagamie County providing housing, assisted living and end-of-life care, health care, and community resources to veterans.
