What this bill does

Under current law, a program sponsor for continuing education for

chiropractors is required to submit its program to the Chiropractic Examining Board

for approval. This bill requires that a program sponsor for continuing education for

chiropractors, chiropractic technicians, or chiropractic radiological technicians must

submit its program to the Chiropractic Examining Board for approval. The bill also

adds the Chiropractic Society of Wisconsin, the American Chiropractic Association,

and the Federation of Chiropractic Licensing Boards to the list of chiropractic

continuing education program sponsors acceptable for license renewal.
