What this bill does
Plain-language analysis by the nonpartisan Legislative Reference Bureau
This bill requires the Department of Natural Resources to ensure that insect
repellant is available for purchase in every state park and state forest, either by
selling it at a state park or state forest office or other location in the park or forest
when open and staffed, or by arranging by agreement with a friends group that
operates a concession stand in the state park or state forest to sell it when the stand
is open and staffed.
