What this bill does

This bill requires the Department of Natural Resources to provide self-service

chronic wasting disease testing kiosks where hunters may drop off deer carcass

samples for testing. The bill allows DNR to contract with private entities to conduct

the testing of samples and to pay the private entity per sample tested. The bill

provides in the 2019-21 fiscal biennium $200,000 for the testing kiosks.
