What this bill does

Protection is authorized to use certain funds to make loans for the development of

rural businesses or rural economic development. This bill allows DATCP to also use

those funds to provide grants for the purpose of promoting dairy exports and clarifies

that these grant funds make up a part of the $5 million appropriated for the

Agricultural Exports Program created under

2021 Wisconsin Act 92
