This bill authorizes the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District, upon not less than 30 days' notice, to enter any county parkland for the purpose of constructing or maintaining any part of the sewerage system or for implementing flood management projects in the performance of the district's responsibilities. The bill prohibits MMSD from paying a county for this access, but allows MMSD to provide in-kind replacement or restoration of impacted county property or facilities.
