What this bill does

Under current law, no person may engage in activities as a migrant labor contractor without first receiving a certificate of registration from the Department of Workforce Development, and an applicant may submit a copy of the contractor’s federal application for a certificate of registration as a farm labor contractor in lieu of submitting the forms prescribed by DWD.
